Here's Vanessa Williams vamping as Wilhelmina Slater in Ugly Betty. Brilliant actress, brilliant show--as long as you enjoy high-camp. Wilhelmina is my favorite character: she's a conniving, ruthless bitch, but now and then we catch a glimpse of her scarred, vulnerable side. She also has a compulsive fear of aging...but, of course, Ms. Williams is gorgeous at any age.
